In addition to the support provided to associate artists, a creative laboratory – the Campus gives the opportunity to find young artists and welcome them in a preproduction residency or boost production and structure the independent companies when the project is ambitious. The companies are precisely helped according to their needs. The ECH gives the space and time they need to move further in the project : from research to national and international circulation including staging. A next dynamic is currently being searched with the offices of production. The drawing (see below) presents how the artistic team are provided support and mentoring according to the various tools available. They are divided according to the development of their project. An assessment of the project is carried out. The life of the project starts with the training laboratory, then the research residency. Then comes the creative part with the technical assessment, the creative residency and ends with the premiere of the show.
Circulation, support to touring allow the project to last while the various partners can help throughout the creation of the project.
